Dr. Cezar Mitrut

Dr. Cezar Mitrut received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1999.Immediately after dental school he was accepted into the Endodontic post graduate program at the University of Pennsylvania and received his Certificate In Endodontics in 2001. After years of practice, Dr. Mitrut remains committed to enriching, and further developing, the science of Endodontics. He remains actively involved (both locally and nationally) as a lecturer and provider of continuing education for his peers. He maintains an active membership in the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association and the New York State Dental Association. Dr. Mitrut’s interests include traveling and cycling.

Dr. Carmine Peña

Dr. Peña understood the importance of oral health at an early age. This passion drove her to pursue a degree in dentistry at New York University, where she completed an accelerated 7 year BA/DDS program. Dr. Peña completed her general practice residency at NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn where she was elected to serve as Chief Resident in her second year.While in private practice, Dr. Peña developed a special interest in the field of Endodontics. She decided to do an additional residency and was accepted into the prestigious Veteran’s Affairs-New York Harbor Endodontics Program. Once again, Dr. Peña was nominated as Chief Resident in her program. When she is not seeing patients, Dr. Peña enjoys reading, cycling, and discovering the culinary diversity that New York City has to offer.
